Steven L. Weinberg joined the firm of Wildes & Weinberg, P.C. more than 50 years ago and has been a Partner since the 1970s. He now serves as the Senior Partner, overseeing all types of matters within the practice. He reached his B.S. from the University of Bridgeport and is a graduate of Suffolk University School of Law. He is admitted to practice law in New York and is a longstanding member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA)

Steven is renowned for his legal scholarship and acumen, particularly as it relates to immigration and nationality law. His contributions have added to the firm’s reputation for incisive legal analysis and effective representation. He is skilled in all types of immigration matters, including family-based petitions, consular processing, employment-based visas, investment visas, and more. He is well versed in every step of the journey, from the first initial visa application to applying for permanent residence, and everything in between. He is also accomplished in immigration litigation, as he has argued cases across the country and before the Board of Immigration Appeals (BIA).
