USCIS recently announced that they will resume the availability of premium processing for some R-1s applicants.
Premium processing on R-1s will now be available only to those religious organizations that have previously had a successful completion of a site inspection at the location where the beneficiary will be employed. As all R-1 approvals now require a site inspection, this basically means that if an organization has had an R-1 approved recently, they can request premium processing on future R-1s, provided the employment will be in the same location.
