Managing Partner Michael Wildes was recently quoted in a Lawyers.com article on the suit being brought by the Department of Justice against the State of South Carolina overs its immigration law.
In the article, Michael is quoted as saying that although the South Carolina law specifically prohibits racially profiling, it is likely to lead to exactly that.
