Sherzod Tuychibaev joined Wildes & Weinberg, P.C. in 2006. He is one of the leaders in the Business & Employment Immigration Group, focusing his practice on everything related to business immigration. Sherzod holds an LL.M. from the University of Connecticut School of Law, is admitted to practice law in the State of New York, and is fluent in Russian, Uzbek, and French.
He concentrates his practice in representing multinational corporate clients in various industries, such as banking, computer and information technology, transportation, engineering, management consulting, and multimedia services industries, on all aspects of corporate U.S. immigration, including nonimmigrant visas, permanent residence, and citizenship. He manages the production and processing of all non-immigrant and immigrant case work for multinational corporate clients. In addition, he has also been involved in numerous management assessments for immigration mobility programs, visa considerations issues affecting international business travelers, Department of Labor PERM labor certification audits, and immigration related due diligence considerations during corporate reorganizations, mergers, and acquisitions.
Sherzod also has experience in developing immigration strategies related to investments in the U.S., including for those seeking EB-5 visas, and he has handled some of the most complex litigation cases our office as seen, especially when they include financial assessments and analysis.
