michael wildes makes presentation to diplomats

On September 4, 2013, Managing Partner Michael Wildes,
Wildes & Weinberg, P.C., returned once again to the United Nations to
present a PowerPoint on “The Overview of U.S. Immigration Law for
Diplomats”.

Considered one of the best immigration attorneys, Michael
Wildes, pictured here along with members of the Permanent Mission of Sierra
Leone to the United Nations, explained that U.S. immigration law is the system
of laws passed by Congress and implemented by several federal agencies
governing the movement of foreign nationals to the United States. The rights
and obligations of each foreign national is dependent on the type of visa they
hold as well as their immigration status. Specifically focusing on diplomatic
visas for the individual, as well as the dependent visas for their spouse and family,
Michael Wildes addressed how the members of the Permanent Mission can extend
their stay and/or adjust their status, when needed.

Wildes & Weinberg, P.C. has presented this type of
roundtable discussion to universities, multi-million dollar business ventures,
