The January 30 lecture will provide a general overview of U.S. immigration law, and touch upon aspects of immigration law that may affect other practice areas, such as estate planning, income taxation, labor, corporate, family, and criminal issues.
Michael previously taught a course on the issues involved in assisting international students, covering issues such as how to assist students in maintaining status and related issues, how to identify employment authorization options for graduating F-1 students.
