The Third Annual Conference on Immigration Law and Practice was held in February 1980 in San Diego, California. The theme was Immigration: Changing Policies, Changing Practices. Founding Partner Leon Wildes offered a panel discussion on the Procedures and Problems regarding Labor Certification.
