Nora practices exclusively in the field of employment-based immigration. She has represented every size of company, from multinational enterprises to family-owned businesses. Her current and former clients can be found across a wide variety of industries, including hospitals and healthcare providers, manufacturing, banking and finance, scientific research and development, construction, and information technology, to name a few. Nora also assists businesses with compliance at the intersection of immigration and wage and hour regulations, including in Department of Labor proceedings.

Nora prides herself on being able to explain the often-complex processes of immigration to everyday people. She has provided permanent solutions through a wide variety of immigrant visa programs both domestically and at U.S. consulates abroad. She is also experienced in providing temporary solutions through nearly the entire alphabet of nonimmigrant visas, with a focus on the E-2, H-1B, L-1, and TN programs.

In remembrance of her great-uncle Maurice Cullerot (U.S. Naval Reserve), missing since 1944, Nora is proud to represent our immigrant servicemembers and their families. When not at the office, Nora trains to lift our clients over the wall by competing in both Olympic Weightlifting and Powerlifting.
