In an illustrious career, spanning more than 15 years, Mr. Bersani has established himself as an individual of extraordinary ability and one who possesses a level of expertise which personifies that he is one of the small percentage of financial experts in the field. From April 2011 to June 2016, Mr. Bersani was employed with Fuel Systems Solutions, Inc. (FSS) after being competitively selected to the position of Chief Financial Officer. As a result of his outstanding contributions, he was later awarded the additional title and responsibilities as Chief Compliance Officer. As the Chief Financial Officer and Chief Compliance Officer with FSS, Mr. Bersani was responsible for providing financial leadership to the organization, which included two operating divisions: FSS Industrial (5 subsidiaries) and FSS Automotive (7 subsidiaries). In this capacity, Mr. Bersani oversaw all financial and tax management aspects of FSS’ operations including global finance, compliance, SEC reporting and filing, and mergers and acquisitions.
