Bjorn Weissgerber has an extensive and impressive background in the culinary arts that spans two decades. For the last five years, he has served as Chef Director of the acclaimed restaurant Sexy Fish in London, and previously in critical roles as Group Executive Chef of ZUMA Restaurants in the United Kingdom and United States. He also worked as a chef at El Bulli as well as Ca’s Puers in Spain, and while at the latter was a crucial element in the attainment of a coveted Michelin Star. Numerous articles have been published about Mr. Weissgerber and his culinary creations, and he has earned praise from leading chefs around the globe, including Roland Trettl, Eckhart Witzigmann, Oriol Castro, and Ferran Adria. Mr. Weissgerber will be a critical component of Sexy Fish’s U.S. operations in Miami, where the restaurant will be opening this fall.
