Dr. Luca Zammataro is an expert at developing computational tools for the identification of tumor driver mutations from Next Generation Sequencing and constructing machine learning tools for immuno-oncology and neoantigen identifications for cancer checkpoint blockade immunotherapy. His research is focused on genome-wide association studies in Gynecology Oncology, and in the construction of Machine Learning web applications for identifying new antigens for cancer checkpoint blockade immunotherapy. He has also proposed and coordinated the construction of new computational tools aimed at identifying probable patterns of low-frequency nonsynonymous driver mutations in cancer. By virtue of his accomplishments, Dr. Zammataro has risen to the very top of his field of endeavor.
