Managing Partner Michael Wildes was recently a featured panelist at the 2009-10 American Immigration Lawyers Association (“AILA”) conference in Las Vegas, Nevada.
Drawing from his experience as an immigration attorney and Mayor of Englewood, N.J., Wildes was a featured panelist and spoke about federal preemption of immigration laws being enacted by states and municipalies, and the current interplay and implementation at the state and local level.
