Linda Jesselson graduated from The Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law while raising her family, and after working first on Wall Street as an Institutional equity trader at Oppenheimer & Co., and thereafter as member of the Risk Arbitrage department of L.F. Rothschild, Unterberg, Towbin. Linda’s immigration career initially focused on all aspects of business visas, E-2 visas, L-1 visas, Blanket visas, as well as H-1B, J, and O-1 visas, Perms, Green Card applications, Adjustment of Status applications, COS, and naturalization work, as a senior associate.  In 2016, Linda opened her own U.S. immigration and naturalization law firm in New York managing both corporate and individual clients and continuing to focus on all aspects of business, E-2, L-1, Blanket, H-1B J, and O-1 visas as well as Perms, applications for Lawful Permanent Residence and Adjustment of Status, COS, and naturalization work.  She is known for her strength and ability to handle complex immigration matters.

Linda served on the board of NYLAG-New York Legal Assistance Group from 2012-2022, and served on their investment and development committees.  She has also been a judge for the NYU School of Law Immigration moot court and is a member of AILA and its NY Chapter since 2016.  Moreover, Linda has served as President of the UJA New York Women’s Division from 2011-2014 and served as a board member of the Windward School in New York.

Linda is admitted to practice in both New York and New Jersey. She also holds an MBA in economics from the NYU Stern School of Business.
