Michael’s first course will be on the issues involved in assisting international students, and will cover issues such as how to assist students in maintaining status and related issues, how to identify employment authorization options for graduating F-1 students, including an understanding of relevant Non-immigrant Categories for the international student looking to remain in the U.S. He will also cover paths to permanent residency and U.S. Citizenship. The lecture will be webcast live on November 23, 2015 at 2 P.M. and will be available online thereafter to most Lawline members.
