Dave Lazaar, one of Wildes & Weinberg’s most experienced Paralegals, participated in an August 15, 2008 national teleconference sponsored by ILW, the nation’s leading immigration publisher. Mr. Lazaar, a former New York State Labor Department employee, was asked to discuss PERM Labor Certifications. Among the topics addressed were the Labor Department’s proposed changes to the method of filing prevailing wage determination requests and the pitfalls in filing Job Orders with the various State Labor Departments.
