My case was approved! Finally after saying it was impossible...Thanks to all the people that helped and supported me through this long chapter of my life. I will never forget. This is the new beginning I was waiting for!

Wildes & Weinberg helped me from the very beginning stages of application of my visa 0-1 of extraordinary ability all the way, from becoming a resident to the moment I became naturalized. They provided helpful reassurance and Michael Wildes was always available to listen and promptly respond to any questions that arose. As an artist, it was inspiring to learn the history of the firm and to see the stories of countless creative foreigners that made New York their home with the help of the firm, most notably: Yoko Ono and John Lennon. Their work was characterized by thorough research and clear presentation of the case. Their attorneys, paralegals and staff have been there for me for 10 years, since I arrived as a student until I became a resident making the tedious process agreeable with their kind personalities, I had the pleasure of spend time with smart attorneys who had international perspectives and deep knowledge of different art and cultural fields. Michael Wildes is a very perceptive person, many years ago he gave a two seconds glimpse at my then just friend and co-worker and successfully guessed that he would become my spouse. I feel very lucky to have found them and will be forever grateful for their attention and hard work.

A simple thank you isn't good enough for the dedicated, competent and very compassionate staff of Wildes & Weinberg. Michael Wildes and his very hard working and knowledgeable staff are my heroes. It has been a week since I received the wonderful news that my case was approved and that I got the results that Michael had promised in our very first meeting. I still have the feeling as though I am walking on cloud nine. Few months prior, I had received some very disturbing and life changing news and I was beside myself with worry and fear. I thought that my life in this country was over and everything that I had worked so hard for was going to be lost. With a very heavy heart I reached out for help, and within hours of hearing my plight, a very good friend of Michael sent me his contact information and I was told to contact him immediately, that he was the best person for my case. I am very happy to say that contacting Michael was one of the best decisions that I have ever made. At our first meeting Michael listened attentively and sympathized with my situation. During this meeting he informed me of the strategy and what we had to do in order to have a successful outcome. I was introduced immediately to the team that was going to work on my case. I am eternally grateful to Amy Eisen, Walter Gottschalk, Abbas and Chloe for all the hours, emails and conference calls that took place in order to prepare my case. I felt like I was part of the team, they included me and kept me informed of every decision that was made which was related to my case. I will always remember Michael Wildes and his staff for what they have done for me. A truly remarkable group of people.
